How Do I Sign Up?

Is This The Right Place For Me?

Easy answer! YES. We have 1-on-1 Private Sessions and Semi-Private Group Sessions. The best part of this is no matter which one you choose, all of our exercises will be tailored to your abilities. We won’t just throw you in a group and forget about you and force you to do the same weight as everyone. We work with every skill level from athletes to the average fitness goer.

Will Lifting Weight Make Me Bulky?

Not at all. Trust us you would have to actually be purposefully eating to attain that goal. “Bulking” up won’t happen just because you touch some weights. What will happen is you will gain strength, increase balance coordination, feel better, have higher energy levels, along with looking better!

What Is Neuromuscular Therapy?

Neuromuscular therapy addresses specific injuries the muscles may sustain from lifting or repetitive use. It’s techniques are highly-specialized and are designed to correct movement dysfunction and pain by treating trigger points, muscle adhesions, and connective tissue patterns. NMT can be appropriate to treat low back pain, carpal tunnel and sciatica-like symptoms, plantar fasciitis, knee pain, headaches, and much more..


What All Do I Get With SAVAGED?

When you train with us whether it be 1-on-1 or small group you will get that private strength training experience. So this means all the workouts are tailored to you, you have access to our scheduling app, our workout app, discounted access to our Neuromuscular Therapist, access to badge days and events, and we will do inbody scans every 4 weeks. we want you to have the most with training because we want you to get results and enjoy the process as well!
